5. 啟動其他USB行動裝置的使用²⁾
   • h-e-n開啟USB Host模式，允許N900外接其他USB裝置，像是隨身碟、外接硬碟或光碟機、鍵盤或滑鼠等等。除了安裝h-e-n，還需要一條母對母的USB線和原廠傳輸線。
     1. 第一步：決定裝置的連線速度：目前N900的USB host模式不支援自動偵測裝置速度的功能，需要手動決定裝置的連線速度。High Speed 對應 USB 2.0，適用一般儲存裝置使用；Full Speed 對應 USB 1.1，適合無線網卡、無線滑鼠等裝置使用；Low Speed 對應 USB 1.0，適合一般USB鍵盤或滑鼠。
     2. 第二步：開啟5V VBUS，提供USB裝置的電力(會由N900的電池提供)。
     3. 第三步：列舉連接的裝置。
     4. 第四步：掛載裝置。儲存媒體(隨身碟、硬碟)會被掛載在 /dev/sda1 (目前無法改變掛載位置)。如果需要開啟NTFS的檔案系統，需要載入NTFS模組，i.e. # modprobe ntfs。ISO檔案系統(CD或DVD等)，需要載入isofs，i.e. # modprobe isofs。CD裝置會被掛載在 /dev/sr0，因此需要再掛載到其他目錄，e.g. # mount /dev/sr0 /mnt …之類。建議關閉tracker監看的功能。可以使用tracker-cfg，把 /media/flash 加入 NoWatchDirectory 之中。
   • 注意，h-e-n會修改N900的核心(使用基於pr1.3的patches)，因此在使用h-e-n時N900無法超頻。

7. Get Google mail through N900 default mail software
8. Get Google map on Nokia N900

   4. 到N900設定的「MSCIM輸入法設定」，將名稱為「boshiamy-t」的模組勾選。

   1. Using NuevaSync (http://nuevasync.com/)：NuevaSync可透過連線或無線，本地同步智慧型手機和PDA與PIM(個人資訊管理，Personal Information Management。例如，iPod) ，和行事曆服務，其中包括google行事曆。
